1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All states and union territories of India
  • Major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Select rural and remote locations

Note: Some extremely remote Pincode areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable. We'll notify you if your location is not covered.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Major Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays processed on next business day

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or local holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Stay updated about your order:

  • Order Confirmation: Email/SMS immediately after order placement
  • Dispatch Notification: Email/SMS with tracking number when shipped
  • Real-time Tracking: Track your order through our website or delivery partner's website
  • Delivery Updates: SMS notifications at key milestones
  • Delivery Confirmation: Final notification upon successful delivery

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select locations)

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location to ensure fastest delivery.

6. Delivery Process

At the time of delivery:

  • Delivery partner will call before arriving
  • ID proof may be required for COD orders
  • Inspect package for visible damage before accepting
  • Sign delivery receipt after inspection

If you're not available:

  • Delivery partner will make 2-3 attempts
  • You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier
  • Package may be returned after failed attempts
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If package is damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if packaging is severely damaged
  • Take photos of damaged package
  • Report to us within 24 hours
  • We'll arrange for replacement or refund

If shipment is lost:

  • Contact us if delivery is delayed beyond estimated time
  • We'll track the shipment with our courier partner
  • If confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or provide refund

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at the moment. We're working on expanding our services globally and will update this policy once available.

9. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

Please note:

  • Deliveries may be delayed during festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.)
  • No deliveries on national holidays
  • Peak season (November-January) may have extended delivery times
  • We'll inform you of any expected delays
